You can check the status of your order by yourself. In order to do that, please insert the number of your order and passenger name in the section "Order status" (assigned to you by the booking system after successful payment).
Paper itinerary of electronic ticket is not needed for check-in and boarding, it is given just for infromation.
When you pay by plastic cards, you are redirected from online-shop to the page of electronic payment system of CJSC "Transport Clearing House", certified in accordance with the standards PCI DSS for the storage of confidential data.
Data security is provided by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 3.0 protocol.

When a plastic card is charged, the agency sends an electronic copy of the payment receipt to the email of cardholder.
